Effective September 1, 2011, all appraisals submitted to GSEs on FNMA forms 1004, 2055, 1073, 1075 are required to satisfy a new UADSM standard. Golden State Appraisal Management Company ensures appraiser compliance and validates UADSM files for error-free submission to the Uniform Collateral Data PlatformSM (UCDPSM). Golden State Appraisal Management Company automatically connects with and can submit appraisals directly to UCDPSM.
